In this day and age of trials, it’s easy to get sucked deeper and deeper into a black hole. Negativity breeds more negativity. I can feel when my brain is telling lies of not being enough. Not good enough for this job. Not good enough to get published. Need to be a better mom. And on and on negativity spreads as hot and destructive as a wildfire.
Water is clear and refreshing. It’s soothing and nourishing to the body. The best water for negativity is thankfulness. An attitude of gratitude for what you already have prepares you for more. I’m thankful for Thanksgiving to remind us (those who celebrate it) to stop and be thankful for every little thing in our lives. Thankful for health. Thankful for your kids who destroy the house. Thankful for food. Thankful. Thankful. Thankful. The spirit of being thankful fills our hearts with joy.
May you have a blessed Thanksgiving. Spend time with your family and loved ones. If you happen to be out and about, don’t forget to smile. You never know what such a simple gesture could do for someone else.
Happy Thanksgiving Ipuna!

” I can feel when my brain is telling lies of not being enough. Not good enough for this job. Not good enough to get published.”.. A kind of imposter syndrome… but trust me, you are really understanding and caring… and the best for anything you commit
happy thanks giving ipuna..
